Petrus Studio with balcony

Responsive and helpful host, good recommendations for eateries and city attractions. A comfortable and well kept apartment in a great location.

The studio is very well located and comfortable. The host is very nice and supportive!

Spotless clean and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of nice little touches like water in the fridge, toiletries etc. Fantastically equipped kitchen facilities , everything you need to cook a meal if desired. Location is great, right in the heart of the city. The owner is so helpful and lovely. He helped with finding out about bus times and even offered his own umbrella for the threat of rain.

We would have liked a 10 am checkout. But we were able to safely leave our luggage until time to leave for the airport.

We liked everything about the property, perfect location (about 15 min walk to Ano Poli, 10min walk to Ladadika, 15 min walk to the train station, 5mins walk to the market and lovely cafes nearby (Beetroot, Caravan); brilliant connection with the airport, the bus goes on the main road (Egnatia, you need coins to buy the airport tickets from the machine on the bus); great facilities, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet, balcony.

The studio is very nice, clean, it has a small balcony so you can dry your clothes/towels. It has a comfortable bed (although pillows could be of better quality!), small kitchenette with a medium size fridge, everything is modern and comfy. The aircon works really well (we were there during heatwave). The lighting is good too. A very pleasant studio overall (5th floor, there is a lift).

The owner kept texting me every other day to check if we can check out at 9am. We were reaching some agreement and he was texting again to change it. Our flight was at 4pm so that was very inconvenient to be out at 9am. He was saying his cleaner must go to the hospital on that day so she must clean it early. It was a little bit irritating to receive these messages while trying to relax on our stay. On the day of our check out, the water was cut off in the building so he had to cancel the cleaner anyway so we eventually stayed longer (showered and flushed toilet with 2 x 6packs of water). The water cut off was obviously not his fault, it happened to the whole building. One more thing is that the shower splashes over the bathroom's floor and it is hard to keep it dry as the screen is very narrow.

Excellent location in the center of downtown Thessaloniki, an easy walk to the White Tower, very close to the restaurants and bars in the old town, and to the sea. Easy to check in and very nice owner. Well-priced!
