Petrus Studio with balcony

Amazing location, very and clean and super helpful owner. The bed is super comfortable and it is a beautiful little studio with all utilities available

The bathroom gets totally soaked when using the shower. There is no good shower curtain or glass.

During our second night, the room was infested with cockroaches which seemed to be coming from under the kitchen cabinet. We also found some in the bathroom and bedroom walls. We had to leave at the middle of the night and find another place to sleep at. When contacting the host, he insisted that we got the insects there ourselves with shopping bags, which is absolutely ridiculous, seeing how many there were and the fact that when we sprayed insect repellent, they kept coming out of the kitchen cabinet. The host agreed to only refund us half of the night's rate, which is extremely disappointing! EDIT: Our reply to the host's comment following our review - first of all, there is no need to 'ban' us from your studio, as we wouldn't dream of visiting again after our experience. Secondly, what you call a few insects, were about a dozen of small dead cockroaches beside the kitchen counter and also another few in the bathroom. It is irrelevant of the location of these insects, they were still in the room! To all readers, kindly note that according to the host, these were brought inside the studio with our shopping bags (which by the way were from clothing shops), is a highly ridiculous probability as you don't bring in a dozen inside your bags. Another point to note, we got our bought items out and folded the bags, whilst the cockroaches kept coming out of the kitchen cabinet as we sprayed the repellent. This can give you a more clear idea of the origin of these insects. Smoking - nowhere in the policies does it read that one cannot smoke outside, please update your policies to make this clear. Dear host, it is irrelevant if you ever saw insects in your studios before or not, it can still happen once in a lifetime! And we were the unlucky guests experiencing this and having to leave at 2am.
