Πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε φανταστικό σημείο μέσα στο κέντρο!!

The company which maintains the property is doing wonderful job – host was very attentive and easy to communicate with, the check-in and check-out process is effortless, with the user being provided access to a special app, that provides easy entrance in the building/apartment, extra information about the property, the location and some recommendations for better experience. The apartment is indeed spacious, with great location that offers many coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants around it. Everything in the center is in a walkable distance and it is ideal for diving into the city vibe.

Difference between pictures and reality was quite astonishing (good job for the photographer, she/he has done an amazing job). Considering that the host only maintains the property, but the owner is the one that is responsible for the investment in the facilities and respectively the comfort of the guests, I was far from impressed with the level and condition of the property. To name a few: - Some of the matrices were very soft and deformed - Furniture is properly old and worn out - Main bathroom cabin was missing part of the glass, which was resulting in flooding the rest of the bathroom after every shower - The shower head itself was not even connected to the water - There was laundry on the balcony, which makes me think that the old bed sheets are washed in the apartment washing machine and not taken to dry cleaning, which is not normal when you have different people using them - The ironing board is literally broken, and even if someone manages to fix it somehow, the lining is torn and the frame is visible underneath, making ironing your clothes impossible - In some rooms, there is no wardrobe or even a chair where to put your clothes....so they stay folded over your suitcases

We’ve totally loved: 1) the location next to the seaside Boulevard, main pedestrian streets and the White Tower 2) the design of the apartment 3) the terrace / balcony 4) the space, enough for all the people 5( clean place

So, there were some issues, we hope You’ll fix, as the personnel insured Us: 1) There was an issue with the electricity, which switched off when we switched on the laundry (as the air conditioners were working) 2) There is an issue with the TV set which doesn’t want to switch on the channels (also, I haven’t see the YouTube in the Menu or Netflix, it’s must have today!) 3) No any microwave in the kitchen, we have no time to cook on old type of oven 4) The most important: the wi-fi signal just disappears in two rooms, which are the most distanced from the living room, it’s unacceptable table, because You may need to work remotely or to send any emails or use Your laptop/tablet/cellphone and etc. 5) Not ok also the check-in to be for 15:00 but when we come, there comes the same time the cleaners and they say we should come at 16:00. But write in the email when is the check-in, it’s international standard for 14:00 or 15:00, no such a standard for 16:00!
