- The location is near the seaside and also there are many restaurants. - Easy access with the app.

- no Air Conditioner in the bedrooms, only in the living room, and it’s really hot during the night - dirty sofa - second bathroom was very small

The apartment is central located, near to many restaurants and shops. The building is old, but not so bad. The apartment in sot very cosy in my opinion. Was not good cleaned. When we checked in there was a loth of fallen plaster in front the main door and inside behind the door a lot of dust from some drilling the wall. There are 4 bedrooms, but not all of them were well cleaned, there was hair on the sheets at one of the bedrooms. All the doors are very old and noisy when open them. The living room and the terraces were nice. The kitchen was not well equipped, there was no cofe and water. I am not sure I will be back, the price of almost 200 EUR per night is very expensive for 4 people, not a good value for the money.

Location was great, price is reasonable and flat was clean. Mesaages are replied in a short time (but they did not deliver the extra key even they said so :)

Flat need some renovation. Coffee machine and microwave would be nice to have in the kitchen. Next door there is a noisy neighbour, if guests have babies or small children this can be an issue.

The apartment is very well located, check in was done conveniently; there are cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and parking lots around; It's big, there's room for everyone, but the beds are small, the furniture is old, and the kitchen isn't very functional
