Luxury Suites with KING-SIZED bed

The instructions were for self check in, but when we went there, the key box was empty and we had to wait around 20 minutes for the host to bring the key.

The Location was nice, the photos are made by professional to make the apartment look perfect and cover the issues inside. This is very manipulative, because when we entered inside we could not breathe because of the mould, and the apartment did not look like in the photos...It was very dirty..

The Bathroom had low ceilings

Unlike other places my family and I have stay at, the king size bed was in fact a king size bed. We greatly appreciated that. We also appreciate receiving extra shower towels for my wife and daughter who both had intended to wash their long hair during our six day, five night stay, which did not happen. If you're a family coming to Thessaloniki, and plan to stay for more than ONE night, this is NOT the place for you. This was one of the worst apartment-stays my family and I have ever experienced, and yes, we travel quite a bit so we know what we are talking about. Issue #1: The apartment advertised and continues to advertise free parking on Booking.com. That is ONLY true if you are able to find any available parking at all. Anyone who previously stayed at this apartment complex and says parking is available is lying - they are not being truthful. I asked the apartment owner several times about parking, and even asked if there was a parking garage close by that I can pay for parking. The owner told me there was a parking garage within a 100 meters of the apartment building and charges 15 Euros a day. That is not true. I even did a Google Map search. I didn't appreciate being lied to. Issue #2: The washing machine was not available at all for us to use because wet laundry was left in the washing machine upon our arrival. Issue #3: The door knob of the bathroom was not bolted or screwed onto the door. We found this out when my daughter was locked in the bathroom and could not get out. Issue #4: The shower water pressure was extremely low. It was difficult for all of us to have a decent shower because of the extreme low water pressure, especially with limited hot water available. Issue #5: The air vent in the bathroom was filthy and dirty. The vent has dirt that is caked in. It appears the vent had not been cleaned for many months. Issue #6: The heat in the apartment did not work. We could not even dry the shower towels on the warming towel rack in the bathroom due to no heat. Issue #7: Only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a family of three for five nights? Are you serious? Issue #8: It would have been extremely helpful to know the key landmark to find the apartment building was the Triple X Adult sex shop located right below the apartment building.

Location is excellent, bed is perfect, good equipment.

Dishes were not clean enough.

Very nice host, clear instructions about parking, entrance to the property, wifi. Very close to the waterfront and city center, bus station almost in front with good connection to the airport, well equipped appartment.

Very intense traffic in the street during day and night and hard to find free parking spot.
