The night noise

Everything was dirty and unprofessionally. I travel often, I have never rated someone like this before. This is disrespect to the guests who came on vacation and not to wash someone else's apartment. Not to mention that we didn't even get the apartment we paid for. 

When we arrived, at 2pm, it was one hour earlier, everything was dirty, we waited until 6p.m. for it to be cleaned, and when we got back to the apartment, it was still not ready. Owner offered us next door flat. We did not have a choice. But, when we came in, it was horrible.When we entered, we were hit by the stench.The whole apartment, curtains, towels, bedding stank of a mixture of dirt, moisture from the leaking air conditioner and long term deep smell of cigarettes. The floors were dirty with a lot of hair and dust. Horror.When we informed the owner, he told us because the flat is drty and we couldn't came in before 6pm he told us that he will refund us the first day. That night we spent time in the flat and washed bed linen, towels, floors. We did not get the money back, the owner's promise as well as the apartment is a simple fraud.

It is at the center of the city and has everything you need for your stay. It’s clean and the bed is comfortable. There are supermarkets close by and even though it’s close to the street you don’t hear any noise. Also, the manager was always available for you in case you need something.

Everything was great.

It is on a main avenue on the 2nd floor, close to the noise. We didn't care about the noise but some people do.

It's difficult to describe in one word if we liked it or not as it depends. In total what I can say: - The keys were very easy to find and access the apartment, thanks to the landlord. - We arrived earlier than we were expecting and again we were having the opportunity to access the place, to leave our things and go somewhere before the official arriving. So, we went to the playgrounds with the kids. Thanks again to the landlord! - There is quay which is very close (10-15 minutes by walking, depending to the fact if you are with children or not) and it's very nice. - In the apartment you can find everything what is needed: forks, spoons, knives, glasses, cups, plaits, oven, washing machine etc. - There are supermarkets, restaurants, fast food point (pizza) which are close to the place. There could be also some pluses, but cannot recall them at the moment.

- I didn't like the bathroom - it's artificial (if I can call it like this) bathroom which has been build without taking into consideration that there need to be some space of intimacy. The thing is that the door to the bathroom is made from the glass and also there is a space between the door and wall, so you can see if somebody in the the toilet/bathroom and what they are doing. So, this needs to be changed. At least, to change the door. - The water pressure in the toilet pan is not enough and you need to flush at least several times in order to clean it all. This need to be reconsidered as well. - The toilet sink is very small (due to the size of the toilet room) and I understand why it is small, but this need to be taken into consideration as well.
