The apartment was new

The owner!!! Spoilt all the evening and our stay. No instructions were given about parking and getting into the apartment, wrong pictures downloaded to the website, we had to wait for him for more than 20 minutes, then he was rude and took us the whole evening in such a way our evening was spoiled :(

Clean and renovated room, comfortable bed and sofa, very nice bathroom, nice kitchen and balkony, very kind host, nice communication

There was no information on booking.com site that the appartment is located on the 8th floor. I wouldn't have chosen it if I knew it. There is a brand new elevator and nice city view but, I don't like staying at this height.

Renovated apartment, modern, well organized, garage was perfect, the welcome host was very good.

There was no wi-fi Catastrophe! We could not find the location of the apartment for more than an hour since there are at least two locations in Thessaloniki with this same address. Car navigation was showing the other one, but google's was ok.

We arrived at the place and were refused to be offered a room, the owner said there was a problem with water so she could not take us. All this happened after we booked and fully paid for the stay.

Let me start : 1. We had to wait extra 30 minutes in the middle of the street ( it was 11pm ), so it was poorly organized. 2. We were told that we will have free parking lot but we had to pay extra money for a parking space. 3. Internet was non existent, and when we contacted the host, they just ignored our message, completely unreasonable. 4. Bathroom was poorly done, water would leak everywhere after 1 showe.

When we came to property nobody was there and on building there was no signt or anything about property. We call them on phone number several time and nobody answer. We didnt enter the property so we want our money back
