I paid 120 EURO for this: The wrong address is on the app for this studio. These incorrect instructions had me wandering around a strange neighborhood with my luggage needing a bathroom. Thankfully, a kind neighbor directed me to the right place. The online instructions say that someone would meet me there, but no one was there when I finally found the place even though they had the hour window of my check in. I had to go find a cafe, ask for the WI-FI, and message Zefiron. The instructions should have said, "contact me to get the keys." The shower basin is cracked and consequently leaked all over the floor. There was NO HOT WATER. On DECEMBER 31st... No proper shower head, or a niche on the wall to place it. The place isn't soundproof. But the biggest issue? They wrote that the studio had internet and it didn't. I told the woman who met me with the keys. She said that she would leave an internet password under the mat later. She never did. Lack of internet seriously impeded my ability to work. I wanted a full refund. I came for business and needed internet. They falsely advertised that they had internet on Booking.com and then ignored my email asking for them to resolve the situation.

The owner is a fantastic and friendly person, willing to resolve any issue and help you feel comfortable. The studio was super clean and very close to the city center. Practically I was able to go almost everywhere on foot.

Check in was a nightmare. Called 10 times with no pickup, extremely unprofessional, felt insecure after booking. When I arrived at the property, the employee was late to arrive with the keys.
