Modern Central Apartment

An excellent choice for anyone staying in Thessaloniki. The location worked perfectly for us - there are plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach. The city center is just a 20-minute walk away, or a quick bus ride, with a stop only 50 meters from the door. The stunning seaside promenade is also easily accessible. The apartment itself is thoughtfully laid out and beautifully furnished. The air conditioning is highly efficient, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable (for us). The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay - thank you so much! We would absolutely return without hesitation.

Sıcak su için elektrik panosunun içinde bilmece gibi olan küçük kırmızı tuşu bulup 15-20 dk sonra suyun ısınmasını beklemeniz gerekiyor. Booking açıklamalarında ücretsiz park yeri mevcut olduğu yazıyor ama daha eve ulaşmadan size gelen WhatsApp mesajından bunun koca bir yalan olduğunu, residantal park olanlarının olduğunu yani sadece bu bölgede yaşayanlar için sokaklarda park edilebileceğini ancak bunun daha kontrol altında olmadığını söylüyorlar. Bizde buna güvenerek tarif ettikleri yol kenarındaki sokaktaki park yerine park ettik ama plakamız sökülerek ev için ödediğimiz meblağdan daha fazla ceza ödemek zorunda kaldık ve iki günlük tatilimizin bir günü arabamızı kurtarmak için çabalamak ile geçti.

Everything was perfect

Fantastic location, supermarkets in a walking distance, bakery downstairs. Also short distance from the Promenade. Apartment was spacious and clean. Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back.

Host was attentive and informed us in advance of the check in process and all steps involved within the unit to retrieve hot water and so forth. The unit was clean and we liked the vibe of the neighborhood

Front bedroom is facing a main street that is quite busy and loud making it difficult to sleep at night

Dobra lokacija, skoraj ob morju, velike sobe in vsa oprema v stanovanju.

Zelo blizu glavne ceste, zato je hrup v noci lahko dalje trajajoc.

Sokakta park yeri bulmak imkansız, aracınız varsa zorlanabilirsiniz veya çok yakındaki paralı otoparka bırakabilirsiniz. Aracınız yoksa konum olarak harika. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde.
