AiR Waterfront Nikis Apartment

AMAZING location facing the water on the main road. Surrounded by beautiful bars and cafes and shops. Large rooms and space to accomodate a lot of people. Large and clean bathroom.

A few things, one being I had no towels in one room and when I asked the manager he said they ran out. I should have to ask where the towels are if you know they have run out. You should tell me before I start looking for them. Had to wait from the time of arrival, two hours to get towels to have a shower. When the manager arrived however he came with towels and cakes and rose to make up for it which was lovely. The other major disappointment was that it was very unclean. The amount of built up dust on the corners was disgusting if I’m honest. There was crumbs on the floor and dining room furniture. What lets this apartment down is the colour of the walls makes the space look dirty. Can’t explain it. If it was all in white it would feel much cleaner, but I guess that’s the aesthetic of the place. The manager apologised profusely and mentioned he didn’t check the work of the new cleaner, but as someone paying full price and staying there, it feels like an excuse even though he was very friendly and attentive.

Perfect apartment with great vibes! Stamiotis was really helpful and we enjoyed our stay with the stunning view. Definitely a recommendation!

I like everything about this property! It’s so stylish and unique, it’s an experience by itself. You have the great view, sunsets and sunrises. Communication with Stamatios is great and you feel really welcomed and at home.

The apartment is opposite the bay. Gorgeous views. Great location. Host was super nice. Loved everything about it.
