Saltillo Alto (El pinillo)

Location and pool area

Needs a bit of work done to the flat , needs upgraded in some areas .

Neli our contact and hospitality was always there if we had a problem , she does alot of effort to keep people happy

Pool was closed 50% of the time

Nice sunny balcony, and a sea view, bus stop outside, train 10 minutes walk, local pub almost next door serves food and a cafe bar next to that, Supermarkets 2 minutes walk, , The, lovely town Arroyo del Meil 15 minutes walk, as was the beach, Clusters of pubs and Restaurants within 15 minutes walk, Some really good bars , McGuinness pub really good live music every night, , staff were excellent, if you want a change from spanish food there's a great chipper close to Doyles Corner pub, Nice food and staff in Doyles Corner too ,We really liked Torremolinos and the old town, Train stop is in the centre of the town, Spent time in benalmadena, Micas and, fuengirola, sea front is lovely, Gibraltar and Marbella worth a day trip, Malaga city is beautiful , well worth a few days if time allows, if not definitely a day trip , We Enjoyed our month in the Costa del sol,

The pool was out of bounds, not the fault of the property, Andalusian government had a ban on private pools due to water shortage, the pool area was nice,lovely big gardens and plenty of sunbeds Well maintained, Spotless clean area, Very quite and relaxing, This is a studio apartment, not a one bedroom apartment ,landlady very jolly and friendly person , Arranged our taxi pick up to the airport for us, Returned our deposit the day before we left,

Great place, has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and great balcony. 5 minutes from Pinilo train station and about 8 minutes to the beach. Lots of supermarkets close by and lots of great places to eat. Great hosts. Will come back again.

Having to go home 😞

Great bed, nice view. Clean facilities, well kept pool. Very quiet at night during our stay. Mychu was wonderful, thank you 😊
