Super clean, nice view, friendly communication with owner

It took us quite a while how the electricity worked ( magnet next to the door to activate power in all the apartment areas) ... we had read the whole document sent with instructions and the welcoming book but didn't find it. Maybe it was us-it doesn't change the feeling over our stay which was more than great!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It had everything you need for a short stay. The owner is very responsive to any questions and tries to be helpful.

The location is not at all well described and the complex itself is difficult to navigate. There are a LOT of steps regardless of the route you take to access the apartment. On the day of departure you will have to make several back and forth trips to get rid of rubbish yourself and take your luggage to the car. There is no sensible way to get out of the car park as you are asked to either leave the keys in the apartment or a post box meaning you cannot get your car out of the car park. We ended up tailgating someone to leave. The instructions for the hot tub were poor- the two essential buttons are behind the water filter and so not obvious to see. I’d recommend those instructions are updated to avoid any confusion.

Condo is close to the beach, the boardwalk & many eateries. The view from the patio is fantastic.

The layout of the condo is quite strange. If the shutters are open, you actually have to go outside to get to the main bedroom. Through the day, no matter the weather, there’s no outside light unless the shutters are open. We also had an issue with the shower drain. If you washed dishes, then pulled the plug, sewer water would come up the shower drain & smelled really badly! There was also an issue with ants in the kitchen. When we were leaving, the manager said they were aware of the plugged drains from an upper unit, which he blamed the ant & drainage issue on. Yet they rented the unit out anyway! Also, the couch is very uncomfortable & the bed coverings look very dated.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to most places, and it is right on the sea front which is a huge bonus. The hot tub on the balcony (and the balcony itself) was great too! The bathroom is nice, with great lighting for getting ready etc.

The location was amazing right opposite the beach. The apartment was beautiful 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. Large covered balcony with amazing views. We watched the best sunrises every morning. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and we will definitely go back.

Only negative is the swimming pool is a bit of a walk away from the property

when we came in it smelled very clean. i am very picky about that. the view is beautiful. nice apartment and delicious fish on the beach. the man who brought the keys was also very friendly. highly recommended!
