La Roca Chica

Had a fantastic 2 nights at La Roca Chica! You can’t get any closer to the beach. There are loads of bars and restaurants on your door step. Will be back for sure

Kevin was very nice, even our flight was delayed and we came during the night all went well.

The properties location was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and modern. Right on the beach. Many restaurants and shops all around. I was very happy with everything, until it was bedtime. I would have loved to stay more than one night, but glad the property wasn’t available any more because I wouldn’t have been able to sleep with the smell of the bedding.

The apartment itself was very clean, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the actual bedding and decorative pillows needed to be cleaned from previous guests sweat and odor. I also struggled with the fact that we had to drive to a store to pick up and drop off the keys to the property. This store seemed to be in a downtown area with no parking and it’s about a 5-7 minute drive from the actual property. Also, parking at the apartment isn’t always available. We did have to park on the street. To get to the apartment you go down several stairs and take a couple of elevators. With luggage, that was no fun. You can’t get in and out of the area without several set of keys.

We arrived in the evening about 0945 and had to pay an extra 20 euros to get the keys No welcome pack which would have been good arriving at that time Not much some water milk and coffee would have been appropriate
