PALM BEACH APARTMENT - Torremolinos

Location good and apartment was very clean.

Swimming pool was closed for the end of season! Was not aware of that, lights in kitchen where not working, 2 nights passed before that was fixed. The patio doors were not lockable and was not fixed while we were there. The showers a nightmare.

Location to centre and sea

The pick up point for the key was a 5 minute taxi ride from the apartment which was very confusing as we were not familiar with the area. It was located in a box on a pole.Had to ask for help in the pub to understand that the location of the pick up point was not beside the accommodation. Got back into another taxi to go and pick up the key. . No personal contact with anyone. One towel per person . One hand towels each for two bathrooms. No spare towels. Pillows bumpy. And well used. No pillow cases supplied for additional pillows or duvet covers for the duvet. One wine glass for an apartment for four - six persons. 4 small cups and two odd mugs. Crockery and kitchen utensils well used and worn looking .

Good location and close to beach , lots of shop and restaurants around

when we arrived, we did not check the beds directly, but at night, when we're trying to go to bed, we found the bed sheet wasn't clean as lots of hair was on the bed sheet . It looks like the bed sheet wasn't changed. it was very difficult to survive the night as we texted the host, and there was no response at night, we understood that it may be too late to respond. however, in the morning, the host reply that they will bring clean linens. they brought the linens, but it wasn't also clean, but we washed them in the washing machine . host was friendly anyway. we would recommend that the host should be more careful about the bed as this is a very sensitive thing where guests sleep and would like to sleep well. very poor WIFI that it is not possible to do anything work on mobile or laptop. loud noise at night outside around. kids screaming almost every night at midnight.

The apartment was clean. The apartment had a parking lot. The apartment was in a beautiful and well-kept garden. The location of the apartment is very good. The beach and restaurants were close.

Missed 2 things for us.. There was no small desk lamp in the bedroom. A lot of oranges are grown nearby, so we bought oranges many times. A kitchen machine that could make orange juice would have been nice.

Nice spacious apartment with good facilities in the room.

The opening hours of the pool were very disappointing. Wish we had known that it didn’t open until 11:30am as we wouldn’t have booked this apartment. Consistency with your rules around the pool would be good too as one day we could do stuff such as food, drink by the pool and floaties in the pool and other days we weren’t allowed to do anything!
