Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 21:00 as follows: From 21:00 to 23:59 EUR 30; From 00:00 to 00:59 EUR 40; From 01:00 EUR 50. Keys are collected in a keybox located at 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Sofa-bed upon request. The collection of rubbish on departure is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the client, who must deposit it in the containers whose location will be provided at check-in. Failure to collect the rubbish will result in an extra charge of 50€. Payment will be made via an online payment platform that will be sent to you by email 14 days prior to arrival. In the case of nonrefundable rates, payment will be made at the time of booking confirmationThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
