The apartment looks very nice on the photos and can attract many people. However, most of the negative opinions are true. I can confirm the following: - cockroach problem - we stayed for just 1 night and found at least 3 large insects and various small ones in the kitchen.. - some water stain on the wall - poor quality sofa - tiny bathroom / shower cabin - you can hear the bars and all the people even though the windows are closed - you need to meet a doorman who asks you some detailed info on the reservation and gives the code to the key vault.. Since there is a vault anyway, I think the check-in could be easier

The apartment is nice!! Huge balcony, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms

Lack of keys and communication for how to access pool area, quite hard to find at first

Great location for nightlife, shops and station

There were a few issues when we arrived, but Juan was very apologetic

We couldn’t find the address there was no one to assist it and no one has responded to my query for a refund.

Locatie, balkon

Niet genoeg redelijke slaapplaatsen, slaapbank die stuk is, matrassen waar de vering door voelt. Wij mogen geen overlast maken tussen 23.00-9.00 maar er is elke nacht overlast van de omgeving en de geluiddichte wanden die genoemd worden in de omschrijving zijn niet aanwezig wat zeer jammer is. Is een appartement voor 8 personen maar er zijn maar 4 eetplekken, ruimte is te klein voor 8 personen Verouderd, het is het allemaal net niet
