The apartment had a serious cockroach problem. On the first day we saw one, but by the next day they were everywhere, crawling on the walls. The toaster was infested, and there were dead cockroaches inside the bathroom cupboards. After discovering this, we had to leave the apartment in the middle of the night and sleep in our car. We have never had such a bad experience before. Communication with the owner was very poor. Messages were not answered promptly, and when we finally received a reply (after about a week), it was not helpful. We were not given clear instructions on how to enter the apartment or the access code. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, and the toilet was constantly flushing. We had to fix the toilet ourselves since the owner did not respond. Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

El apartamento muy bonito,cuidado y limpio. Y muy amplio y equipado. Camas cómodas, estuvimos muy agusto

Por poner algo,la entrada complicada, entre pubs, y la comunicación por Booking fue difícil,pero justo cuando llevábamos nos llamó el encargado de darnos las llaves y nos acompaño a la entrada del piso.

It would have been nicer to have brought us to the apartment, not pointing and telling us there was a lockbox on the door. The building is in front of the train station only a short distance away... but instead we walked 2 blocks to meet the "host" only to walk back to where we started. The apartment needs some repairs to the shower, kitchen cabinets and the "clothes rack" which is falling apart. A very noisey location facing multiple bars with music and crowds late into the night.

The apartment was lovely ,clean.modern light and airy

Location,terrible ,the place is floor one ,with the gay clubs and drag shows below on the ground,relaxing it is not,it is miserable, we were two mature ladies wanting to sight see daytime and relax in the evenings, retiring at about 11pm.Then we realised at 9pm ,the party started and didnt end until 7am weekends,mid week .more like 3am,Have escalated a complaint to you and a partial refund
