Location, parking and convenience, compared to a hotel. It was perfect for us to go to Cadwell Park. No taxi needed for a pint & a bite after the racing and Woodhall Spa is delightful.

Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was well located had good parking and a great garden.

The entrance porch and stairs, which are shared with another apartment, are unpleasant and quite dirty.

Sleeping sofa is awful and should be replaced.

Liked style of building and surroundings. Flat nicely converted in a former school building. Lovely garden view. Convenient for shops. Bed comfortable.Good information pack with instructions and maps.

Crockery and cutlery enough for two but would really need more had there been four of us.

A good location in the middle of Woodhall. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and well appointed. Pleasant outlook onto garden.

The stairs to the flat a bit messy owing to a neighbour’s trade.

The apartment was lovely, within a few steps of everything Woodhall Spa has to offer and had a nice garden outlook.

There is a small amount of cosmetic updating in progress to the front of the building. Nothing to dislike, but you asked for a negative.

The entrance to the property has become a real disappointment and really let’s the whole experience down. All three door mats in the porch are revolting and neighbour has dumped all his building gear under the stairs and on the landing. One filthy doormat slipped under my mums foot as she stepped outside the porch due to the amount of plaster rubble underneath. Wouldn’t take long to bring the area to a reasonable clean and fresh state.
