Great location. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Fabulous views of the stunning garden from every window.

The entrance porch and stairs to the apartment were disappointing, being quite scruffy and unfinished. An additional handrail on the stairs would also help those with mobility problems.

Was all great! Though maybe a hairdryer in the flat would be handy! Otherwise was perfect.

Location in relation to Woodhall Spa town centre good. Flat comfortable , has everything you need for a short stay. Entrance to the property very scruffy and looks like building work going on.

The shared entry looked a bit like building site, somebody had done some plastering recently. However, it's no reflection of the excellent cleanliness of the actual property.

The location is amazing ,clean . Comfy bed. It's our second time staying here we will definitely stay again.

The only thing is the shower ,it is ok but would be better if it was more powerful.

Clean, very well equipped apartment near to local shops and restaurants. Tea, coffee and cleaning products provided. Lovely garden at the rear, comprehensive instruction book provided giving details of how to use the heating system, oven etc. Other residents park in the designated parking spot but always other parking spaces available. Beds made up as twins as requested and bedding provided for the sofa bed.

My daughter slipped on the ice directly outside the communal entrance when we arrived at the property, this area really needs to be gritted before guests arrive. Communal entrance dirty, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, neighbours very noisy until the early hours, shower had no power, several pieces of crockery badly chipped.
