The apartment is immaculate and very well maintained. The facilities supplied were second to none, and Susi was most helpful in every way, always available to answer any questions, give advice and assist in any way required.

I have no complaints at all. I would return to this apartment any time.

Perfect location and extremely comfortable

Well-equipped, cozy, stylish and well-situated apartment. You have everything to cook, excellent and comfortable bed, nice balcony, access to a swimming pool. it is situated only 2 min away from the beach, supermarkets, shops, etc The host is amazing- Susi is extremely nice, proactive and hospitable, she was always available if I had any question or needed any help

The location is perfect. Not only for the local town area, but also for getting around the island. The apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable and well fitted with cooking utensils. A comfortable large kink bed and good bedding. The host was very good in providing all the necessary instructions on how to enter the apartment even sending a video etc.

Lovely apartment - spotlessly clean - well equipped - great position very close to beach , restaurants and bus stops if not renting a car. Also great choice of British TV channels. The owner Susi was so nice, kind and helpful - we couldn't have wished for a better host.

Nothing - only thing to mention is that there are 4 short flights of stairs up to the apartment.

The location and tranquility of the apartment block in general. Peaceful and quiet

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious for two. It has beautiful decor and design and it is very modern. The location was ideal. Beautiful view overlooking the beach from the bedroom and a view of the pool from the balcony. You are so close to everything you need (beach, shops, restaurants etc). You have the choice of so many restaurants all within a 2-15 minute walk. Considering it is close to the bars and restaurants, it is so quiet in the apartment. The pool area was lovely and was so quiet and not many people around so plenty of sunbeds and pool was empty which was perfect. Susi is an excellent host. Very friendly, happy to sort out any issues or questions you may have and is always available on WhatsApp and she responds very quickly. This is the best apartment I have found in Costa Teguise and I will definitely be booking it again next year.

Air con would have been a bonus but it absence was more noticeable as we stayed here during the recent heatwave when temperatures didn't drop below mid twenties even during the night.
