Design Vivienda V El Burgao by the Sea

The location was spectacular, close to shops and local bars and restaurants and the beach but the complex itself is very chilled.

Not the property’s fault but some of the communal areas needed a bit of TLC, there was some flaky paint and round the pool some of the tiles could do with re pointing.

The location was terrific! The flat was all that you could have wanted. Susi was an excellent host. For someone without a car, it was central to a number of good restaurants, near to the pick up for the island tours, near to the beach and the flat complex had a great pool.

Fantastic apartment, everything we needed for our stay. Great terrace, very quiet apartments and you'll never struggle to find a bed at the pool. Communal area is very clean. Right next to the beach & so many great places to eat & drink right on your doorstep. No issues parking either. Was so good we've booked again for next year. I've been visiting Lanzarote for a long time & wish I'd found this apartment years ago! Great host, always on hand if you need anything but we didn't, as we had it!

a good few stairs to walk up so people less able may struggle a little. but saying that lanzarotte in general has a good few steps where ever you go

the property felt very spacious for two. beautiful decor and design, very modern. beautiful view outside of the property. perfect sun trap on the balcony. close to everything you need (beach,shops,restaurants etc). quiet property, no noise. the owner was super helpful and really lovely.

Immaculate apartment - Very comfortable, sea view, in centre of costa teguise. Lots of bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area. Beautiful beach right next to apartment. One of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in.

Everything was great. The apartment was well furnished and extremely well equipped, the complex also nice and peaceful, and Susi’s hospitality really made this place stand out - she’s amazing, she gave us tons of recommendations and also helped me find a shop selling film rolls! We’ll definitely come here again if we’re back in Costa Teguise :)

The location is unbeatable, overlooking the beach from the bedroom and the pool from the living room and balcony. Susi is a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much to ask and she is always on hand with WhatsApp to answer any questions and help. 🤩 The apartment is beautifully decorated and you have everything you need within for a self-catering stay, satellite TV, WiFi, modern refrigerator, combi oven/grill/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.. 😊 the bed is so comfortable too You have the choice of so many restaurants all within a 2-15 minute walk. There is also an onsite pool and a small cafe within the complex. We will definitely be staying again and are looking at when we can book for early next year..! ⛱️⛵🌅
