The location was perfect for both looking around the town and for walking in the hills which was the main purpose of our trip. The flat was well equipped and had everything we needed. We could pretty much walk straight on to the hills.

We had our dog with us so as we were in an upstairs flat, it was quite a trek for wee breaks.

The location and the private door that didn't stand out. The internal is as they say , it's a listed building with uneven floors and some of the furnishings complement that. Having said that , and it's not a criticism the apartment was clean and comfy for our work away stay

First impressions are a key , once you open the street door the hallway and stairs could do with a vacuum and clean. Not full of dust etc , just general passenger foot dirt and tree debris off the street. Again I'm really not running this down. Just would look better on arrival , and will point out this is a communal area so not all down to the flat owner ! I would book again if the next dates are free.

Great location

The stairs and only having one key

The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotless. The kitchen has everything you need for the preparation of meals and a large table where the whole family can eat together. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed walks, eating out and shopping in the quaint independent shops.

The apartment is conveniently located within Malvern and its environs. There’s a pleasant view from the windows. The interior is characterful and clean. Good quality bed linen and towels; splendid spacious shower and a welcome array of soaps and gels, none in fiddly little containers. Well equipped kitchen, with plentiful pans, cutlery and implements; loved the heavy duty bread knife and the enamel washing up bowl! Very cool evenings merited a little heating: this was very effective and an hour was sufficient. The spacious lounge has comfortable furniture but the ambient lighting was insufficient for us seniors to read easily. Wi-Fi effective; didn’t use the TV at all. We stayed only two nights but this apartment would have equally suited a longer stay.

The entrance and vestibule were tired and unimpressive but suspend such first impressions until you get into the apartment. Parking outside is confined to one hour between 8.30 and 17.30. Check with the owners but our guess is that an arrival after 16.30 would give you free parking until it’s time to move elsewhere in the following morning.

The flat is very tastefully decorated and finished, the brass beds being a top feature. Everything worked and the kitchen is very well equipped. The views of Malvern are fantastic.

Parking is a pain. You will have to pay and or keep moving your car. If you have a lot of luggage, that could a pain also. The flat is on the second floor. Only one key and key safe but as the flat is on the second floor the key safe is not much use.

This was a very memorable stay for us. The apartment is in a really central location, great for lots of lovely restaurants and access to the hills. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating (we needed to bring our dogs past minute and this was no issue) the communication was great. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, with two nice sized bedrooms and large sitting room and kitchen. It was very clean, no complaints there at all and had everything we needed for our stay. It was decorated well. Overall a great place to stay - highly recommended.
