Belle Vue Terrace Apartment

The location was excellent.

The flat would benefit from a small freezer compartment in the refrigerator

Excellent location. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Easy access via key lock box

The musty mould smell in the communal hallway was significant and unpleasant. The smell was transferring into the apartment. Although fundamentally clean the apartment could do with a good deep clean.

Great location in centre of town. Although on main road, the secondary glazing made it very quiet. Good shower and comfy beds. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Entrance hall to building could do with being cleaner, though this maybe outside control of flat owner, otherwise met our needs well. Problem with the building's fire alarm which went off (burnt toast in another flat) which could not be turned off with instructions in hallway. The phone number for engineer was not correct. However, the matter was dealt with within the hour by the other flat owner.

the location is excellent and in the heart of the town. Lots of coffee shops and pubs/eateries close by. The abbey and historic areas within walking distance

common areas looked uncared eg there was a hole in the plasrterboard wall and lots of stairs to climb with luggage

I liked the duvet covers . They were feathers and not that awful nylon stuff. For me the bed was too hard as I have a dodgy back and hip. BUT my friend really liked his bed. I liked the big bath but only have a small amount of water as like you I also have a water meter.

We both thought that unless you change the key code for the door each time, the place is vulnerable for previous guests to come in !!!

The location was ideal. Very close to the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Malvern hills. The apartment was very well equipped, nice and warm and pleasant rooms.

Location & Well stocked Kitchen

Good to have a sofa bed in the living room to allow better sleeping arrangements.
