"Exceptional"

We were allowed to check in 6 hours ahead of time.

Water from the Bath tub needs to be let out slowly or the floor floods. I'm just doing a review for the place in the rectory.

Call comfortable and the host was helpful.

Quite a few narrow stairs which were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

A particularly wonderful host, very communicative and friendly. He helped me to organize and surprise my wife for our anniversary. I was surprised too, I really appreciate it. Also, the rooms are tidy and have everything you need for a guest stay. The place is in the very center, with good balcony view. Just a few minutes by foot to the coast and the city center, cafe and restaurant. I am very glad that we stayed here..

Central, good positioned to the old city Center. Clean all thing that you need!

AC in one of the bedroom did not work properly, was very hot over the night!

"Stay away"

AirCon, shower, beds - these three worked fine.

1) The apartment looks worse than on pictures. 2) Creepy neighborhood: the property is located in some slums, lots of ruined/abandoned buildings around, you barely see any lights in windows nearby, and the building of the apartment is also half-abandoned. 3) Strong scent of chemicals/mold in the apartment, which they try to conceal with air fragrances here and there. 4) I have seen a few cockroaches, not many but still. 5) Dated furniture, old water heater/boiler which doesn't look safe to operate. 6) Large cracks in the walls, door of paper etc - all bring more safety concerns. Overall, I don't recommend this property to families: we didn't feel safe there. The ONLY reason we stayed there for a night is that we came at 23:30 tired as hell, so it was too late to look for another place.

"Dead cockroaches all over the place"

Air conditioner

Dead cockroaches and a strong scent of bugs spray. We were concern about our baby with this smell, couldn't wait to get out of there. Also, there is no elevator, it's not mentioned and going up with luggage and a baby + baby stroller was a nightmare. Our worst stay ever!
