The house is quite spacious, well located, has an AC per room and the bathroom has a bathtub.

There was mold on the ceiling, cracks on the walls, no shampoo or showering gel, old kitchen appliances and furniture and only free tv channels on a small tv. Overall, it showed a lack of effort and seemed stagnant in time. I stayed in smaller places and for less money in Heraklion but had a better experience due to them being cleaner and more modern.

Great location in the centre. Parking house close. 2 rooms + kitchen. Price was very reasonable. Good communication with the owner ( via app )

Well, I was little embarrassed, when we noticed a.lot of mould on the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom ...

The location of the house was excellent — just a short walk from the city center, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The space was not clean upon arrival, and there was visible mold on the walls, which made our stay uncomfortable. With better maintenance and cleanliness, this place could have real potential given its great location.

Setup, not that clean, many lamps needed change, plugs were hanging of the wall etc.
