key collecting was easy, the host sent all the details in pictures to make things easy. The car park was a little complicated but luckily the host sent me a video on how to get to the designated car park.

everything was fine. It will be better if the host could remark the pool operating time and a reminder to bring the card along. my sisters wanted to go to the pool, but they didnt know that we have to bring a key card along and we didnt know about the time.
