I like the location and the clean property

Spacious apartment with ample room and beds. Great living room space to chill and relax at. The lobby of the building had many F&B options and convenience stores as well.

Bathroom ceiling was noticeably covered in mold. A bunch of baby cockroaches appearing every now and then. Deposit fee for apartment was a hassle to transfer, and also cost us unnecessary service fee that we were unable to recover from the host. At the same time, due to the currency exchange, we weren't refunded the exact amount for the deposit. I hope this can be improved as not every guests are locals.

the unit it located at Sutera Avenue, so it was really convenient if you want to settle all your 3 meals here as they are plenty of options downstairs (). It was also opposite the most chic shopping 🛍 mall in whole Sabah (I think), the Imago Shopping Mall. One room was equipped with two queen bed and the other with double decker. The unit was cleaned with Dettol as it reeks of it when we entered the unit (not a bad thing from their cleaning team). It was otherwise an apparently liveable unit.

What I had qualms with are the following few issues: 1. The double decker was squeaking loud with every motion we made while going on and off the bed. Even when we tried to climbed up the double decker it would disturbed the other chap who was sleeping at the lower deck. I had resorted to sleeping in the living room. Please screw tight whatever loose nut 🔩 the double decker has. 2. I was made to understand you have a cleaning team to clean the unit after we check out. So why are we, as a paying guest are required to send the trash ourselves when you already had paid a cleaning crew to handle all these? I complied as the deposit was in place. I personally think it was redundant. 3. There was karaoke going on nearby that caused a sleepless night. So in future if there were to be a trip at KK, I would avoid Sutera Avenue at all cause. 4. The swimming pool was so crowded. I can’t even swim in the evening.
