i was requesting for atleast 2pm checkin. because i got an important things to do after . but there is no answer. so im still okay with 3pm. When i arrived, The card of parking was blocked. was hoping the managment helping to settle it fast, bcus im running of time, unfortunetly, I was settle it alone, get down from my car , get around to find the security place that i have no idea where, and get in security office and taking it 1hour to do it by myself. and managment settle it after 1hour by whattaps aps.. i got responed but not as fast as it should be. get in the room at 430pm something . I must say, It wasting my time to manage the blocked card issue. atleast for a moment give a little apologies by 1 hour late checkout Should be ok to custumer that helping settle the blocked card issue. but i still checkout before 12pm. The place was great and nice, . but i hope before let custumer checkin pls arrange or check all the unwanted issue like this.i believed all custumer want to rest when the choose to stay in like this and not everyone have time to arrange something that actually they dont have to do on behalf of the managment.. Tq, for the place it was clean and nice.

Its spacious… alll functioned well.. Comfortable.. we definately would love yro stay heere again

The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. The management is very good.

The parking is very complicated especially for us who are the 1st timer and not Sabahan. We even charge for penalty of RM50 just because of we are overtime park at the lobby area because we pick up other family at the lobby and then we plan to drop the key after we exit the basement because we hv no idea hw to exit the basement after drop the key because in order to exit we need to scan the card for 2 entrance gate. After a few minutes and the clock is bfre 12 our card is auto blocked. We stuck almost 30mntes liaise with the management just because we stop n park in front of the lobby area. Then we pay rm50 then we can exit from the main gate. For us who is not familiar, even though they gv the instructions bfre we check in but is not very clear because we thought if we use the resident card we must park at the basement only. I cannot imagine if we want to buy something from the convenient store meaning we cannot park there for more than 10mntes maybe.

Nice place to stay with family ..and all the staff are kind

My wife has to sweep the floor and mop it as soon as we check in..because it is so dusty...,the bathroom also the floor is not clean enough..other than that was okay
