The room was biggest, clean and near to shopping area. Nice view, the person incharge on the unit was helpful and friendly, they was given a good direction and information

Beds are confortable, best view from the unit. Very Spacious for the kids to feel like home.

The kitchen need a bit of improvement, some deep cleaning aswell as some faulty smells around the counter top. Please at least provide broom for a quick cleaning we can do ourselves. Kids tend to spill foods crumbs around.

Apartment, Clean, nice ocean view, cool aircon, huge TV and free longtv, swimming pool very nice.. 2x sofabed 2x rooms with queen bed. 1x queen bed top living area. Enough for big families over 5pax to 10pax.

No washing machine with dryer. Where apartment must have it. So customer dosent need to bring all dirty and stinky cloth during checkout. Check-in: Waiting 2hrs from 1500hrs-1700hrs with no information from stuff when the apartment in cleaning and its ready to movein. Parking need to pay after 15min. Just makesure ur room are ready or will end up paying parking ticket. Check-out: During checkout i have to take my keycard twice from the roombox. due to miss communication with the parking officer and the security regarding how to return keycard and out from the metropark. No info from the hotel stuff. I have to take back the keycard out of the box and drove out of the metro using the keycard than re-enter the area after circling around taking a metro card for entry than park aside. Go to the basement place the keycard back to the box. After that use the merto card i take after circle entry to drive out of the area. Too complicated, system inefficient regarding the checkout resident from apartment and the metro parking system. we have to circle around like wasting some of our times just to retake the new metrocard for our cars. Suggestions: Apartment owner need to do agree & proper arrangements on how to manage the metro ticket during checkout. 1) Either security to be on the exit point of the metro just to open up for checkout resident without having to do another round just to take mertocard. No metrocard require for checkout customer. 2) the parking officer to provide a printed metrocard just to hand it over to the checkout customer inorder to go out of the metro.

The location.

The floor was not properly clean. Can feel the dust and dirt. 3 of the socket was not functioning. Contacted the person in charge and had promised to task the cleaner the next morning, but nobody turned up.
