Gostei das comodidades oferecidas e do conforto do apartamento.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente neste apartamento em Ponta Delgada. Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com enorme simpatia e profissionalismo. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, bem equipado e decorado com bom gosto, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor e confortável. Recomendo vivamente e, sem dúvida, voltarei numa próxima visita aos Açores.

Super clean. A lot of kitchen stuff. Comfy bed. Has big space. Nice owner. We had a delay flight and arrived an hour later. (But we communicated with owner about that). Room is exactly like in the photos.

The smell in the house especially in the living room. (According to the owner mentioned that the room was not occupied for few days so it has been closed). We could not stand the Musty smells in the house. We can not use the living room because of the smell(only used the first day because we think the smell will be gone). We brought the spray and it didnt do anything. We did all what we could but still. Anyway It is kind of shame that we paid for the amount but could not utilize the space. I read the review and the house has 9.7 so i think i was just not that lucky.

It was extremely big and spacious. Greta for big families since there is a lot of space and partitions. Overall, an amazing stay! Super clean and great hospitality from the host.

There is only one small recommendation and that would be to change the beds or add a mattress pillow topper for more comfort. We all like typically a firm bed. But these were extremely firm. Fine for a couple of nights, but for the price point should be more comfortable in our opinions.

So spacious and well appointed for the price. Responsive staff. Can easily accommodate a family of 4-6. We had absolutely zero complaints. Pool and pickleball / tennis just outside, with rackets and balls provided. Owner has given thought to the needs of lodgers.

Nothing was problemmatic. This is a find.

In the two double bedrooms no air con. Only in the room with the two single beds and the living room. And it’s 35 min walking to the centre down the hill. But coming back it’s difficult, quite hilly

The host was very helpful and friendly and made an effort to make our stay easier. The apartment was very quiet and very spacious with everything we needed. There is access to a tennis court and a swimming pool. The host provides racquets and the balls to play tennis. This being the Azores, you can not miss a bath in the hot springs. However, these waters are rich in minerals that can stain the towels and swimming suits. The hosts provide towels for you to rent for €1,5 wich I think is a great idea because it saves you from taking a set of towels in your luggage, saving space and weight. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. There is tv in every room and a big flat screen in the living room with cable tv. I would definitely came back.
