I had a fantastic stay at this garden unit! It was clean, well-equipped, and offered direct access to a stunning garden and two swimming pools. The garden spans over 2 acres on level 6 above the mall and includes a kids' playground, a basketball court, and beautiful water features. Plus, it's conveniently close to Imago Mall for easy shopping. Highly recommended!

I felt great because the owner was kind😀 It was much bigger than I thought There were many rooms, so I could choose and use it. And the water pressure was strong, so I didn't have to worry about clogging the toilet. They gave me enough towels, so I could use them cleanly every time, and there were shopping malls and good restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. I would like to use it again next time~🥰

It was a little difficult to use the key to lock the door

The check-in process was fairly easy. Sunnie text me the day before to arrange the check-in time, but on the day I had to delay it slightly and he was fine with it. In the lobby, there is no one there, but I text Sunnie and he sent his staff to check us in. Lina showed us to the apartment and showed us how to use things like the washing machine, water tap etc. During the stay, Sunnie text me every now and then to ask if we needed anything like towels. On the day of check-out, I text Sunnie in the morning and someone came over to check the apartment and return our RM200 deposit. The location is great for shopping, but if you want to go out, it can get quite congested in the area around lunch and dinner times. There are 2 pools and a gym, which are well maintained. Best thing about the apartment is the hot and cold water filter machine....such a bonus addition.

The apartment had tiny ants everywhere, so leaving food or snacks on any surface wasn't possible. Whilst the description says 2 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is really just a toilet with a shower above the toilet, so coming from the West, we're not use to this set up. But the other bathroom was a proper bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The apartment lacked hooks and clothes cupboards, but there was a clothes drier outside, which we brought inside to hang stuff like towels and clothes.
