The Loft Residence at Imago KK Times Square

Very good place....for healing2 after tired with work... My friend and I stayed only for 1 night ...just for me time.... Wonderful sunset view We went to kbox at the mall... Watching netflix at home... This house included Free wifi, washing machine with dryer, complete kitchen ware... Tq...so much

Huge place and clean and beautiful outside and comfortable and convenient. Wherever i've so many places, this stay were fantastic for us.

Non. Just have to turn off air conditioner when you sleep cause enough cool

The hotel made the most positive impression! We were two families and we rented separate apartments. Everything was at the highest level. The spacious apartments are equipped with everything you need, everything is of high quality. Large swimming pool, a lot of green plants, everything is very clean and tidy. But the most important thing is the friendly and helpful staff.

1) We like the parking lot that is reserved only for the residence of the apartment. 2) location wise is perfect because easy to do shopping with family. 3) The view from our room apartment was amazing. 4) The apartment was clean. 5) The security here was tight so make us feel more safer during our stay.

1) The sofa was not really comfortable because the cushion already thin. 2) The bed also not very comfortable especially the single bed because it’s very low compared to the queen bed. 3) The bed was not spring type which make the bed less comfortable. 4) The shower is not working properly (at the master bed room) because the flow of water seems to divide into 3 whenever we maximise it. One day that I accidentally shooting the water into my ears because it is hard to control since the water flow is divided into 3. Need to repair this soon for the comfort of next tenants. 5) The pillows were also not comfortable because the sponge ia already damaged. Need to change to the new one soon for the comfort of the next tenants.
