The door code was handy for each of us to come and go without multiple keys.

Thw washing machine was not very good and the water pressure in the showers was weak. both are fixable to upgrade the rating substantially

We had a great stay in the apartment, which was in a perfect central location in beautiful Ascoli and had everything we needed. The terrace was the real star of the show and was a great spot to sit in the shade during the heat of the afternoon. The host provided detailed instructions on how to find and enter the apartment.

The showers were sometimes a bit weak and tricky to get the temperature right and there isn't much counter space in the kitchen but these things didn't stop the apartment being a lovely place to stay.

We were steps away from the stunningly beautifully Piazza del Popolo, the beautiful cathedral, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotless and surrounded by a lovely terrace. There was an elevator and the manager was kind and quick to responded.

Maybe a little more counter space in the kitchenette.

Very central top floor apartment with lift and stunning views from its extensive roof terrace. Extremely spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Cheap parking 5 minute walk but for unloading/loading you can park right outside. Great range of bars, cafes and restaurants very close by.
