L'Attichetto

Large 2 bdr 2baths impeccably clean apt on the top floor of a 4 story building. Elevator takes you to the 3rd floor and then a brief flight of stairs takes you to this attic with a gorgeous terrace looking at the main buildings and piazzas on Ascoli Piceno’s historic center. Located perfectly for landmark sightseeing, dining, visiting relatives, grocery shopping, and more. The kitchen is stocked with oils and spices as well as all utensils you need to prepare full meals. We were there in December, all the heaters worked perfectly to control the temperature throughout the entire apt. Water temperature and pressure is great. The apt is quiet and private, internet and all amenities worked perfectly. Spotlessly clean bathroom with a washer and plenty of towels and toiletries. We didn’t bbq because it was a bit too cold and wet to sit outside, but I can imagine that being a great feature in the summer. Awesome place for short and long stays!

Need more toilet paper and sheets on the bed (not just duvets).

Ottima posizione nel centro di Ascoli, appartamento curato, silenzioso, arredato con gusto, proprietari gentili e disponibili . La città nel suo centro storico è un gioiello!

The location was superb! The terrace was lovely with great views. The apartment was very spacious. The bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The decoration of the apartment was a bit sparse.

Déja Alessandro a envoyé un email précis avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour venir à l'appartement et même se garer pour pas cher. Il nous a aussi conseillé des endroits pour manger et prendre le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement de l'appartement est juste top à 2 pas de la piazza del populo. Et la terrasse est juste top. Une excellente adresse.

Very well equipped apartment especially the kitchen. Lovely balcony along all three sides of the apartment. Quiet and dark in the bedrooms with the windows and shutters closed. We always appreciate a comfortable large couch! Also loved having an ensuite bathroom for one bedroom and a great shower in the bathroom of the other bedroom. Location can't be beat and many excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

This was absolutely fine for us, no problem, but it might help others to know that the elevator takes you up to the 3rd floor and then there is a short flight of stairs with really good handrails up to apartments #7 and #8.

Todo es perfecto: amplitud del apartamento, limpieza de las instalaciones, comodidad, ubicación en el centro del centro, la terraza preciosa,... Alessio fue muy amable y, al decirle que necesitábamos el sofá para dormir, nos cambió del apartamento nº 7 al nº 8 que cuenta con más espacio en el salón.

I love how close it is to the City center. The wrap around balcony is a great place to have quiet time and the views are beautiful. It’s pretty spacious for an apartment in Italy.

The shower in the master bathroom was hard to adjust. I had to squat to stand under because it wouldn’t stay adjusted. The twin beds were not very comfortable.
