Large apartment with plenty of space, comfortable for two couples, incredible views from Room 8 balcony and terrace. Overlooks two piazzas. Peaceful home and well stocked kitchen.

A few broken pieces in the floor. We liked the Very secure front door with multiple safety locks. However, At one point, my friend panicked and couldn’t get out of the apartment. You just needed to know how to unlock the high security lock, Directions for the door lock should be posted in multiple languages on the door in case of emergency.

Beautiful apartment with all facilities,great location just off piazza del popolo.It was great to have 2 bathrooms,one of which had a bath tub.The view from the terrace was amazing

Nothing!parking was a bit stressful but not the fault of the host

"Wonderful option in the center of Ascoli Piceno"

Great location. Good value. Comfortable accommodations. Big kitchen. Large bathrooms. Balcony. Convenient to shops. Plenty of storage.

Had trouble finding the dishes and glassware - the cabinet door above the range was difficult to open and there were no instructions as to where to look for what. A little noisy at night when the square was busy. No clothes dryer. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom.

Alessio is great to deal with. Check-in was so easy, can check-in 24 hours as self check in. Location was fantastic, so close to Piazza del Popolo. Amazing views from apartment. Apartment was spacious enough for family of 5 (4 adults and 1 x 16 year old), very clean, great central heating for winter months. Lift to level 3 then walked 1 flight to fourth floor, very easy.

Beds were very hard. Pillows also very hard and too flat but even given this we would 100% stay again.

This apt is very spacious. It was very nice having 2 bathrooms. View from the top floor is amazing! Host was very gracious and helped every way she could.

Kitchen was wonderful, but lacked counter space for cooking. Europe has strict garbage laws so it was very confusing and had to separate things into 5 categories. Balcony is a major plus, however you smell the garbage from the alley.
