"Great location. Lovely terrace"

The location was wonderful but it took us 1 1/2 hours to find a place to park. We were not looking for an inexpensive parking spot- anything. The apartment was in a perfect location for walking all over Ascoli Piceno

The beds were very hard and the bedding very coarse.

Location could not have been more perfect and Apartment 8 has marvelous views. Everything worked perfectly. No issues at all. Though we never met him, our host was very responsive with helpful answers to our questions .

An additional bedside light for double bed; it would go on the side of the bed that doesn’t have one. We wished there had been a salad bowl in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen.

Location was perfect! The apartment was large with comfortable beds, great views, lovely terrace and bathrooms and kitchen (with a dishwasher!), very useful washing machine and excellent air conditioning. Reliable WiFi. Very thorough directions from the owner regarding access and parking. Netflix was a bonus for hot afternoons!

Having to leave! Some sun shading on our terrace would have been nice.

Location is perfect, the apartment is very spacious and cozy, also the terrace is great. check-in went smoothly and the host explained everything in detail prior to our arrival. Would stay again for sure!
