Fantastic location so close to Pizza del Popolo. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Our top floor apartment had a fantastic balcony ideal for enjoying an evening aperitif.

Nothing to complain about. It was perfect.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything you need plus more. Spacious and the terrazza was a bonus. Generous supply of essentials. Host was most helpful. This is the best apartment I have stayed in the last 3 months in Italy.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The apartment is great with everything you need. Both visits were 8-10 days. It’s clean, rooftop terrace and in an excellent location. The host is very helpful with excellent communication. We will be back!

L’Attichetto is perfectly located between two of the main squares of Ascoli Piceno. The appartement is clean, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic balcony terrasse overlooking the rooftops of the town which is breathtakingly beautiful at all times of the day. The kitchen is functional, the bathrooms are very good and the bedroom comfortable with more spectacular views. Special note that instructions were so easy to follow for parking and check in from the host. Excellent communication.
