Great location! Spacious with wrap around terrace, light and bright. Lift in the building is great because the property is on the top floor. Ideal for a family trip. Would consider re-booking if visiting again

The beds are uncomfortable and pillows worse. No fun waking up with a sore back! If you have mobility issues you'll have to climb into a bath to shower. The kitchen is a little dated dated (although was clean) and there is no bench space for food prep and there is no dishwasher.

There is not a better location in Ascoli Piceno. We were tucked in an alley right between the beautiful Piazza del Popoplo and Piazza Arringo. Check in was a breeze, as we were given the outer and inner entrance codes ahead of time. The elevator was a blessing, at times. We were in a large apartment with a huge wraparound deck and a great view. My conversations with the host before our stay were very helpful and we would most definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment is spacious, ideally located and equipped with lovely terraces that overlook the historic centre. The host was very responsive with his communications.

If you want to prepare meals, the kitchen bench space is quite restrictive, and some items were missing (oven racks, wine glasses)

fabulous location; the roof terrace overlooking the rooftops and main square for breakfast and evening drinks was great. Well equipped apartment, instructions for access easy, just sorry not to meet the owner who could not have been more helpful. Bathrooms were great, didnt use the kitchen much but good to have a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Italian coffee maker. Although centrally located the soundproofing was very effective - so quiet! But open the doors and windows to enjoy birdsong and sounds of this great city - bells, concerts in the square, town band…..

The beds and sofa were hard; lack of bedside lighting (only 1 in each room). But I would return there any time.

Best appartments we have stayed in all trip. spacious and well stocked for cooking breakfast on the balcony overlooking the piazza and hills was magical if we ever come back to Ascoli this will be where we stay

The location is perfect - a few metres from the Piazza Popolo in the heart of the old town. The large balcony is great for morning coffee or evening drink, with views over surrounding roof tops to the mountains surrounding the town. The owner was very responsive - providing detailed directions to drop off the luggage at the apartment through to a cheap place to park the car, and dropping round some wine glasses when we explained there weren’t any.

The kitchenette area is very tight, we only prepared breakfast so it wasn’t too much of an issue but you’d struggle with anything more ambitious as there’s no work surface.
