Amazing care for the renter and a beautiful apartment. I was delighted with how every detail was taken care of with the utmost care. Everything was explained in great detail. Very good contact with the owner. The apartment very nice.

We were given wrong room. The caption we booked said 1 double bed and 1 single bed (35 sqm) but we only got a smaller room (18-22sqm ) with a double bed and a couch that was terrible so one of us had to sleep in the couch. I don’t know if that was a mistake, but this room was too small for 3 people. Also the towels although they were washed they had stains on them. On the good side they offered us extra towels upon request and a new iron (because the one that existed in the room was not working and it was leaking hot water everywhere). Definitely not a value for money choice, would not recommend.

Very clean room with a beautiful layout and decoration. The room itself is gorgeous, and everything – from the beds to the furniture – is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Above our bed there was a very small window, which was actually great for fresh air. In the early morning though, quite a bit of light would come through, which might bother some people. They had already thought of that and put up a curtain, but maybe a darker one could be considered in the future. That said, it didn’t personally bother me at all and it’s definitely not a big issue!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was clean and a lovely apartment. The hosts were very responsive and friendly :). The area was perfect as well, near the sea and only 20 mins into the city centre. We had everything we needed closely such as a supermarket, bakeries and coffee shops just down the road. We also go locked out as we left the keys by mistake in the apartment but the hosts were very attentive and quick to help, we really appreciate it :)

There wasn't a washing machine but the hosts left a guide with the details of a nearby Laundromat, restaurants and things to do in Heraklion :). We didn't end up using this but I'm sure it will be useful for longer stays. We stayed for a week. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
