Everything thought of. Nothing we didn’t like.

Avoid this place!!! The place barely fits 3 people not along 4. Once you open the sofa bad there is no place to move or open the balcony door. The electricity was off once someone in the building started cooking, and the manager asked us to go out and check the fuse box. The water in the shower floods every time you open the shower and if you won’t stop it on time then the all bathroom will flood. The manager is a big con man and liar!!! He asked us to leave the apartment at 10:00pm because we wanted a refund, and he wouldn’t supply us with anything else to help with the situation.

The apartment and shared rooftop was Beautifu and spacious. Very clean and the property managers were very helpful both via text and through their guest book. The coffee shop around the corner on the left was also a fantastic recommendation! Really appreciated our stay away from the hustle and bustle of Heraklion centre. Thanks for having us 😊

The owners are very kind, responsive to any questions and accommodating to requests.

Its has been a perfect break! Property is near almost everything and within walking distance.

The description of the property was wrong. A single bed was advertised but was not there. Owners attributed the error to Bookings.com. Very poor wherever the fault lies. Would not have booked the place as we required 3 beds. Owners were able to supply foldaway bed which was helpful. Sofa bed was also uncomfortable. It is not suitable for tall adults.

The apartment was a good size.- It was nice to have cold water to drink.

I didn't like the spiral staircase-wifi password was not on any of the paperwork. I didn't know it was in my booking.com account. I just found this today so in this situation it is partly my fault. It would be nice to have the password for wifi written on the welcome card.

Very clean and spacious, nicely air conditioned. Excellent host, allowing us to check in early. Great communication.

Lovely mezzaine apartment, super well stocked kitchen allowing us to cook a little. Access to a common terrace with lovely decor. Host was incredibly kind and helped us book a taxi as well as stored our luggage for us. Really lovely place and great value for money, I would recommend.
