Nothing ripped off could not even enter the place

Arrive at 500pm late check in followed the promptys waited three hours no body come down to the guard house to recive key i sleep on the beach next morni g spoke to the manager told me bad luck dont fo short stays vistit you people and get a refund i am so pussed off with tbis whole deal i want a full refund ihave sent many emaiks ni responce to this matter nit hapoy one but thanjs scott page

The building is beautiful, room was small but nice.

This building does not allow short term rentals, yet the owner continues to book them. In order to have access to elevators, you must stay at least a month and have a facial scan from the office. Without it, the elevators will not work, and you have no access to your floor. It's not the facility I'm giving a low score to, it's this particular owner, who doesn't disclose this information prior to booking.

We booked 2 rooms in one apartment and when we reached the owner or the management of the property told us doesn’t have any and split us to 2 instead and we having children it’s very inconvenient for us to stay in different apartments. And the condition is so bad until I only stay one night and second night I booked another place to stay.

I didn’t get in the property one i reserved. Because i couldn’t contact the staff.

The owner changed to another property for us because we couldn’t contact the staff to get the key house. And that was a really bad thing we was waiting for 3 hours to contact them and got the new property instead of the one i reserved.
