Everything Not at all cleaned. Carpet, Rugs,were so dirty with dust and all. Felt like it hasn’t been cleaned or washed from a while. Bedsheets were yellowish in color. We asked for a baby cot for our 5 months old and it was in cup board with a cockroach inside the cot and cot broken and also so much dust on cot (Will you make your baby sleep in that cot?) Jacuzi in the bathroom once stopped working in the middle and water was flowing very fast and constantly. Looks like no maintenance has been done If you say Ocean view, then it should be clear Ocean View. Based on the property, I can say it was side Ocean View. Be clear with what you mention on booking.com or elsewhere.

Great location. The resort has a lot of facilities, it's on the beach, really like the onsite restaurant and bar. The penthouse has everything we needed. Amazing view and the rooftop terrace with spa was perfect.

Beautiful place to stay, very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Penthouse had everything we needed. We absolutely loved having our very own rooftop garden complete with Spa and BBQ area. Views and facilities were outstanding. Would highly recommend 😊

Comfortable, stylish, spacious apartment. Wonderful rooftop bbq area and spa. Great pools and golfing in beautifully kept grounds.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The view was amazing and the bed comfortable.

Our stay in Coffs Harbour was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The property was spotless and beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort. The views were breathtaking, and the location was ideal – close to both the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor area was a highlight for us, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great tips for local dining and activities.

The roof and balcony were amazing to see the sunrises and sunsets. The jacuzzi and rooftop were very private and there were many resort facilities we were able to access that we didn’t expect. Such as breakfast, dinner, tennis and basketball courts, pools and a golf course.

It was a little older than the photos, but frankly it was something that didn’t really bother us at all. In fact it kind of grew on us and a certain charm about it. It suited us well and we loved it.
