Don’t believe breakfast is included location was great overall clean us not the best sky didn’t work and a fair few broken things in the first apartment and bed is definitely not up to standard and not what was presented on the website.

As mentioned above first apartment was not the cleanest lots of damage beds extremely poor quality and very small and just not overall what the website was suggesting that you receive so somewhat disappointing on arrival.

ONCE you got inside the apartment it was very nice. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Location for us was good. The 2 gentlemen on the front desk during our stay were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Too many pre-arrival repeat emails. Unable to get a reply to my email and phone calls till middle of following day as we couldn't get WiFi. Requested close parking and accessibility for unloading our luggage. The complex included about 6 standalone multi storied apartments with no connecting walk ways and we had to transfer all our luggage across an outdoor park to our apartment. We were fortunate that it was not raining. It's not until you have paid, then informed the key had to be collected and returned from a separate building again 🙁😡

The location is obviously awesome. The apartment is good overall. The response from the staff is okay.

There were few minor hiccups when I checked-in. The kitchen was missing pans, tissue paper was not kept, Wifi connection details were missing in the booklet. I could reach out to Carol for help. The missing vessel was provided next day which was fine. However request to keep kitchen rolls was denied. The bathroom air freshener was not refilled and it was empty. Except above minor issues, overall I have no complaints. In my last visit, I stayed in next apartment (immediate next door) which was managed by Cotels. That had slightly better facilities and service. However, I definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I am hoping that better service will be provided by the host next time.
