Never answered any calls and couldn’t locate the property

Clean and very welcoming flat. Location was excellent.

All was good. But I would provide handwash in the kitchen with foil and kitchen towels.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of MK which was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Car parking was secure and everything was well organised by the hosts

The accommodation was clean, quiet and had facilities to cook, although we didn't cook.

After collecting the keys from the safe, it was a puzzel looking for the parking and the appartment. This was not clearly explained . We missed a little bit comfortable chairs at the balcony

Very spacious and clean, with walking distance/easy access to supermarket and local restaurants. Provided with washing up liquid and cleaning products, as well as utensils and kitchen ware. Late check out was given to 12pm at no extra charge!

The bed was very uncomfortable with springs, and left my back in a right mess even 2 days later I’m still suffering, with lots of stretches. The washing machine didn’t work to clean any items which was very disappointing. It didn’t even spin once!!! Perhaps a new washing machine is required for the property. It was very warm.

Issues concerning the apartment I was initially allocated was quickly resolved. I was moved to a better apartment. Also, the apartment was very clean.

Car park is a good distance from the apartment. Even with elevator present to access upper levels, property will be a challenge for people with restricted mobility.

The office staff handling the booking were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for people wanting to relax or venture into Milton Keynes

no problem to get a key. I requested additional key, I can get additional key smoothly.

I asked to get a receipt sometimes, but they didn't answer, and I could not get a receipt finally. it's better to get two key without asking. I stayed with my family. if I have only one key, I can not enter building, and my wife need to come the gate every time. it's easy to imagine.

my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The flat is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Additionally, the view from the flat was absolutely stunning, adding an extra touch of relaxation and enjoyment. Also, the staff gave prompt response to enquiry and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. I will come back
