Location and general cleanliness

Felt basic not deluxe, only has basic Sky from years ago, no smart TV etc.

Great value for the money - a whole apartment for not much more than the cost of a hotel. Amazing Sainsbury grocery store right next door. Nice view, and a great outdoor rooftop garden.

Checking in was confusing - we had no problem getting the keys, but then it was hard to figure out where to go to access the actual apartment. (We were on foot, and the directions assumed we were driving into the parking lot). Eventually we walked into a central office to ask for help, and discovered that the elevator to access the building was behind that office.

The location is excellent for Central MK and travelling outside of the city. The apartment was clean, quiet and easy to find.

Whilst good, the general condition of the apartment was a little dated with the work tops and furniture showing signs of wear. The spell of cooking oil from the fast food outlet below was overpowering at times.

The actual room we stayed in was different from any of the photos shown on booking.com. It was not as big as the pictures showed. The room was a small one for a family.

У нас вся квартира была просто пропитана вонью жареного чеснока и рыбы К тому же от вытяжки был шум Апартаменты в ужасном состоянии Ремонт Из 90х Вертикальные жалюзи на окнах я видела только в офисах Квартира не уютная , вся разбитая. Посудомойка вся ржавая внутри , духовку не мыли никогда. Фото я добавлю Нам предложили вернуть деньги и переехать , но мы не могли этим заниматься , так как приехали по важному делу. Один раз , без предупреждения началась проверка пожарной сигнализации Никто не знал что происходит и началась паника у жильцов Потом оказалось , что это всего лишь « забота о нашей безопасности» Спасибо, за такую заботу и паническую атаку.

Central location,clean rooms,comfy beds and modern facilities.Also loved the courteous staff and their prompt response to enquiry.

There wasn't clear enough information on waste disposal and also wifi. Didn't use wifi cos there wasn't anywhere in the apartment you could get that information

I am scared of heights and we were on the 7th floor with a glass balcony. Also I told them I had a blue badge and they gave us a flat with an immovable glass shower screen over the bath which made it very difficult for me to have a shower

The apartment is located in a prime location. There are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The mall if very close to the apartment. The rooms are small but well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, utensils and crockery. Hot and cold water is easily available. Bathrooms are decent sized. The apartment was clean and ready for use upon our arrival. There is a beautiful garden that adds to this apartments value. Take a stroll or sit in the garden and enjoy a fresh breath of clean air.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and water would not drain. We requested for maintenance, a maintenance personnel visited the apartment and said she would be back but never came back. The frying pan, and some pots were over used, scratched and worn out. The hooks to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom were missing. There was only one hook in the master bedroom bathroom. The mattress are spring mattress and we could feel them. It feels like they would come out. Please consider changing them to pocket springs. There were two tables fans that worked well but the tower fans were underpowered for the hot weather we experienced in MK. You'll have to take your own bags from the basement or the ground floor to your apartment. There is no one to help with bags and no trolley that's can be used for bags. We got a city view which was okay but not the most ideal.
