Property Notes

The full balance for accommodations is due within 24 hours of booking. If the booking is long-term, or far in advance, the property may be able to offer a payment plan. The guest will be sent an email with their invoice and payment link and the guest will be prompted to enter their credit/debit card information. All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guest's identity with their credit or debit card provider. The guest must complete this process within 24 hours of receiving the email to ensure confirmation of their booking. For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment may result in the booking being canceled and no keys will be left out for collection. Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information. If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Location and size of the rooms.

Would have been better handwash could have been kept in the kitchen along with kitchen towel and some oven mitts since there is an oven provided. The oven does not heat up properly so may need to be checked.

Very clear and prompt communication. It was easy to pick up and return the keys. The location and property were good. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Thoughtful to give us table top fans even though the weather is getting colder as it helped us at night.

It's a bit of a roundabout way to get to the parking. Having to go through multiple elevators and so many doors. Other than that no complaints

"Perfect for a short business trip"

The apartment was large and the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated having the balcony space although the view wasn't anything particularly special. It's in a good location - there is a large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away and it is about a 15-minute walk from Centre:MK.

After collecting the keys from the lock-box, the instructions for finding the apartment were a little confusing.

Location was quite good

Quite a bit of damage, felt disappointed in standard, apartment a bit tired. Pics shared with booking company. They did come in and put battery in clock, but scratches in surfaces, bath and dirty in places.

"Great stay, will definitely return."

Very spacious apartment in the centre of Milton Keynes. Comfortable and clean with large balcony.

The apartment was on the corner of the main road across from The Hub which is a square of bars and restaurants so meant it was quite noisy at night with both traffic and crowds. This was only an issue as we had a baby.
