"Great hospitality, would 100% recommend"

10.0

The property had very clear check-in instructions, and was located right in the city centre - meaning we skipped having to take a taxi to the hotel (definitely worth considering while booking). Additionally, on a personal note - I checked in on a day where the weather around Pembroke Dock was a bit dodgy (a storm was forecasted). The owners allowed us to stay an extra 3 hours at the property. 10/10 for hospitality, would recommend to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay around Pembroke Dock at a very attractive price.

Not really a basement flat - more ground floor shop with glass front converted to 2 bedroom flat with glazed front window. (Bedrooms do not have windows) Good location with street parking outside Good for short stay - included dining area, sofa tv area, kitchen corner, 2 rooms, toilet Impressive sun lamp in double room Bubble tea place walking distance, multiple grocery stores / McDonald’s nearby

Double bed room smelt like cat pee, unsure why. Damp?? Double room bed mattress was too big for divan? Felt like we were falling when on the edge, as a result felt unsafe for more than one person to sleep here. Can not live here more than few days - whilst it has most amenities to satisfy a small trip and ticks boxes like 2 bedroom etc, floor space and storage is seriously lacking to make it liveable for long. Bathroom shower water goes everywhere. Tiny sink on top of toilet seat may be awkward for some. Ended up using kitchen sink a lot as was easier. Bathroom door is a sliding wooden door - privacy?

The location is pretty good

The shower is awful. Everything is wet when you take a bath. There is no cover or anything to stop the water. It's only a bathmat, but that's not enough Is not hygienic, in my opinion, especially the sponse is so dirty they not really put a new one. Washing up liquid is nothing qby they have to display empty. Even if their spatula is burned, they still leave it there is not safe for the people to use it. I take a picture on it.disappointed. one thing is the bed frame in so noisy every time you move it make so much noise

"Relaxed, gave us time to unwind and reconnect as a family ... thank you!"

10.0

The apartment was clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, etc on arrival and the tea cakes were a nice touch (enjoyed during our stay). The location was quiet and sleeping was not disturbed. Separate room for the 2 teenage daughters was a must and the living areas make best use of the space on offer. The apartment was as expected and the photo's give an accurate impression of the space. Beds were comfortable and all appliances provided were in working order. This was an ideal place for us to stay and we used this as a base from which to explore some of the many wonderful sights and experiences of the Pembrokeshire coast. There are a number of restaurants and shops/supermarkets very close by which made meal planning very easy. Easy parking on the road either directly outside the apartment or a very short walk away. We had no trouble finding space for the car. Property owner was very responsive to questions raised through Booking.com both before and during our stay ... thank you Chris.

The area of Pembroke Dock is very quiet but we saw this as an advantage. The area not being overrun with tourists meant we could rest when in the apartment, which is what we wanted. Bathroom sink was in an awkward position but best use of space given the restriction of the room.

"Brilliant base for a wonderful holiday"

5.0

The apartment was stunning

The bathroom wasn’t practical, very clever use of space but my son couldn’t use the sink to use without standing on the toilet and using the shower covered the tiled floor with water….but a shower curtain would solve that easily….would of liked a broom so I could sweep

Clean, had everything we needed.

The main bedroom, albeit had a dehumidifier in the room, smelt of damp. Come morning, there were also ants crawling on the worktop and sofa.

Location wise it was good for exploring from. The layout itself was well thought out for a small space. Beds were comfortable enough. Decor wise was fine.

Wasn't very clean, mugs were covered in white paint and the worktops and cooker top were greasy and dirty so we didn't cook at all while there. There was a damp smell in the bathroom and ants crawling about. The TV is way too high on the wall so you get neck cramp and no cushions or throws to make it a little more comfortable. Small things would go a long way with this place, a good deep clean, a clock and fan being as there's no windows to create a draft, it was quite stuffy in this heat. The utensils and kitchen need a deep clean as everything was grubby, stained and greasy. Need a mop there and small ironing board.
