Clean, comfortable for a family. Walking distance to mrt with covered bridge, a lot food surroundings, and a good host who easy to communicate.

This property is very well located, with a LOT of local food within walking distance in about as 'walkable' of a place that malaysia can offer. The MRT station that can take you into KL and beyond is about a 5 minute, completely covered and mostly air-conditioned walk away. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy, with a decent view of the neighborhood. It's easily accessible, acceptably clean, and the host was responsive when clarifying certain things about the apartment. For the price, it's a decent way to accomodate a decent number of people in a very convenient place.

The appartment itself is a little unusual; No dealbreakers, but a few oddities. Each bedroom has an industrial-style maglock with a keypad entry that emits a loud beep - these doors, however, can be pushed open by accident even if 'locked'. Every few minutes, a wall mounted speaker in the lounge area emits a soft, 1 second long beep. The toilet seats have non-removable foam covers installed that seem quite unhygenic, and various animal stickers adorn the walls. The apartment requires the same key card for power as it does to unlock the door. Parking is 2RM per entry, 1RM per hour after the first 2, up to 12RM per entry per day.
