"Uncomfortable, Unclean, and Poorly Maintained”"

Location

The apartment was not clean upon arrival — even the sheets were dirty. Many essential things were missing, and the overall condition was poor. The couch was terrible, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The house smelled of mold, which made the stay unpleasant. Basic supplies to equip the house were not provided. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment.

"Bom apartamento para férias."

Um bom apartamento, espaçoso e com tudo o necessário para uma estadia em Ponta Delgada. Muito bem localizado, mesmo no centro, junto às portas da cidade mas, mesmo assim, sossegado. Dois quartos confortáveis, sala ampla com cozinha.

"Mais Baratas do que hóspedes!!"

Localização central.

Apartamento com inúmeras baratas 🪳, produtos dentro da caixa de primeiros socorros fora de validade, caixa de plástico suja (insectos), cortinado do quarto pequeno a cair, rua muito movimentada durante a noite, perto de restauração e vida noturna...Falta de higiene e muitas baratas é INADMISSÍVEL e INACEITÁVEL.

"Decent value for the price. The owner was great at communicating."

Cute place that is centrally located.

The bathroom is quite small. The bedroom door near the bathroom doesn’t close all the way. No parking really on the street so you may have to walk a bit. The bed was not very comfortable.

Byt byl sice čistý, ale bohužel plesnivý. Především pokoj s 2 postelemi a koupelna. V pokoji, kde byly dvě postele, bylo okno, za kterým byl světlík, kde hnízdily holuby, jeden tam byl mrtvý. Velký hluk byl z ulice, pokud se zavřela okna, byla cítit velká vlhkost a plíseň. Málo prostoru bylo na oblečení. Sušák na prádlo se v průběhu pobytu rozbil, přestože byli majitelé informování, nebyl do konce pobytu vyměněn. Rozbitý byl také kávovar, ten byl vyměněn do druhého dne. Komunikace s majiteli před příletem byla zoufalá - nekomunikovali mailem ani SMS. Zareagovali až na pokyn booking.com., kam jsem se obrátila.

"Ponta delgada a un paso"

La casa muy cómoda, limpia y muy bien ubicada. A 50 metros de la calle principal. La verdad que es muy recomendable.

Para lo grande que es el salón, quizás podría tener un sofá más grande en el que cupieran todos los inquilinos de la casa, pero eso es por ponerle un pero. Todo muy bien
