The hard beds. More fans or air-conditioning. Faster text responses by the owners.

Location great, staff very helpful, flat comphy and well appointed, easy to find and access.

Kitchen lacked a few cooking essentials e.g. salt, pepper, oil which seemed to be standard in other let's in the Azores. So very little really.

The location is perfect, in the center of Ponta Delgada close to everything, apartment is very clean, 4 people can fit, nothing to complain about

Location is great. But that’s the only nice thing about this property.

Property is in awful conditions, it has mould on walls and curtains, while taking a shower water gets cold all of a sudden and you have to wait some minutes before it gets warm again, the towels have other persons hair on it, everything is worn out and in awful condition, rust and mouldiness everywhere, including the frying pan. There is no dishwasher, nor sugar/salt/tea/oil/ whatever you expect to see at the kitchen. The washing machine is dirty and there is no detergent there. Even the bottom of the kettle is black burnt. Don’t be surprised to meet a cockroach or two. While contacting the owner and asking to get the fee for the one night we stayed there and return the rest of it (booked for 7 nights) they refused, proposed to return the money for 1 night only. They just started ignoring me at some point and instead of having a nice holiday I was stressing out about this whole situation. Do not recommend this for anyone.
